This month we were invited to create and expand on our word through the lens of vision.
How does my word MORE fit into my vision for my life?
The idea was to make a vision board which makes complete sense. I had already made my vision/dream board for 2022 so I was thrilled to see that we were given a couple of alternative ways to approach this month’s assignment. I chose to make a mind map of how I envision my year ahead:
So as not to reinvent the wheel (something I’m loathe to do), I discovered a .jpg file of a mind map from years ago. Sadly, I’m unable to credit the original artist as I can’t find any attribution anywhere. If you know who made it, let me know and I’ll be sure to credit them - with thanks!
I’ve also decided that in my finished 6” x 8” book, my pages won’t all be vertical in orientation so as to accommodate best what I choose to represent MORE on the pages. This particular mind map did not work well the other way, so unless I wanted to start from scratch (unappealing), I was going to have to do something incredibly uncomfortable for me - create some inconsistency. So, with that in mind, in for a penny …. I will consciously seek discord for my finished book. Make my creative reluctance/mistake to work for me. Truly, I believe most creative decisions are made as a result of a “mistake”.
