“Crone Rising” is a podcast focused on wise women who acknowledge that, as we age, our lives change. It’s up to each of us to choose how we, as wise elders, show up in our communities and our families.

The first “Crone Rising” episode is scheduled to air on Wednesday, September 4th, and episodes will drop each Wednesday thereafter. I’m looking forward to conversations with other women who have a lifetime of wisdom to share. Each episode will start with my asking each woman: “What are you doing to maintain your relevance in a world where, as we age, we become increasingly invisible?” You will be able to find it wherever you listen to your favourite podcasts. In case you’re wondering what my words will convey: I am focused on staying relevant in a world that insists that women (of an age) stay invisible. The times of Maiden and Mother are and were lovely, challenging, and filled with lessons and stories. As a Crone, the experience of a lifetime is empowering, liberating, and worth sharing with others gathered in the community. It’s time for the Crone collective to own our experiences, share our wisdom, and be a beacon to those becoming wise women following us.
