HELLO BIOPSY RESULTS | Here we are, two+ years in and it’s time to make a call. Continue with our conservative approach or go for the hysterectomy? And, who knows if they can take out my gall bladder at the same time? That would be ideal!

HELLO SON | Cole has been enjoying his time up in Southampton overseeing the renovations, familiarizing himself with the area (he has a blog), and got himself a job with Bruce County. He’s coming down to collect the dogs so their Invisible Fence training can continue. Though we speak on the phone at least once a day, it’ll be great to see him!

HELLO ENDOCRINOLOGIST | I know nothing has changed except how my annual appointment is conducted – now via phone. I marvel at how civilized certain aspects of our lives have become as a result of the pandemic. This is one of the (many) bright sides.

HELLO RECORDINGS | I’ve gotten used to “binge” watching shows and have a number that recently wrapped up to watch. The only problem with this method is that my hyper inner continuity critic in me goes bonkers at the inconsistencies!

HELLO BOOK PASSAGE | Last August I discovered this amazing book store that has, for years, conducted online learning with various authors. Since then I’ve learned to a number of interesting and challenging interviews and lectures. This week it’s Isabel Allende on writing fiction. I enjoy learning from those who have done the work and reaped the rewards. They serve as a much-needed kick in the butt!
