CLARITY | The "To-Don't" List
There is no personal improvement without awareness. I regularly have an endless "to do" list but it's the daily "to don't" list that has real impact.In no particular order, I reveal to you my personal character flaws and bad habits:
Don't leave the bed unmade, today.
Don't forget to pull an oracle card and journal, today.
Don't forget to eat breakfast, today.
Don't make any comparisons, today.
Don't make any impulse purchases, today.
Don't avoid exercising, today.
Don't let the frustration win, today.
Don't keep that compliment to yourself, today.
Don't order in, today.
Don't procrastinate (and call it research), today.
Don't leave the folded laundry in the basket, today.
Don't write less than 500 words, today.
Don't close my heart, today.
Don't say yes when I mean no, today.
Don't stay up past 10PM, today.
Why just today? Simple: I believe big sustainable change can only be achieved with consistent, small, incremental baby-steps. I can get a lot (not) done in 24-hours.What about you? Do you have any don't-dos that keep you on track? (Come on, they can't be any worse than those I shared!)
