WHAT ACT OF SELF-CARE SHOULD BECOME A NON-NEGOTIABLE IN YOUR LIFE? 

Time.

There is time enough for the things important to me starting with the basics: eat, sleep, move, meditate, create, water.

I often skip simple yet integral things in a panic of lack - lack of time, lack of priority, lack of interest, lack of effort.

“I have time for things that are important to me” should be tattooed on my forehead as a reminder that I will always have time for the basics of self-care and that starts with I will always have time.
