HELLO MONDAY | 05.04.21
HELLO GOLF | I am a big fan of professional golf. I grew up watching it, and my dad participated in a number of Pro/Am tournaments over the years. As a result, I met a number of professionals – and plenty of the athlete “amateurs”. Fun times! MY official start to spring is settling in and enjoying the gorgeous camera work and coverage of The Masters on CBS from Augusta.
HELLO POM ROUNDS | My days are now a series of pomodoro rounds, at least from the time I wake up until around 3PM, depending on how much has to get done. It took some time to get into a groove, but I’ve come to appreciate how it is a productive way to structure my days.
HELLO BOOKS | I miss reading novels. I read a lot for research purposes, indeed most of my day is filled with reading (with a highlighter in hand and comments in the margins) and writing. For the month of April, I’m giving myself permission to read a novel for at least an hour every day. I just joined RW Bookclub on Facebook and though it is a bit overwhelming, I’m getting a solid TBR (to be read) list put together. Charging the Kindle.
HELLO REBEL | I’m a fan of Katey Sagal, (and Andy Garcia – and hello John Corbett!) How can this miss?
HELLO RENOVATIONS | It turns out that the condo complex we’re staying in is starting renovations – through June! Clearly, the universe decided that no matter where we were living we’d deal with dust and noise. A little heads-up would have been appreciated! Charging the AirPods, too!
HELLO MONDAY | You are my favourite: I love that you provide me with 52 fresh starts every year.
