SMALL GOOD THINGS | February
January was pretty uneventful. After our return from Jamaica, I couldn’t quite get back into any kind of groove, I was completely lethargic. Life wasn’t chaotic, but nothing was in the right place and I didn’t have the energy or motivation to put things in their proper place. I was going through the motions but honestly felt like I was spinning my wheels. Life felt like it was getting a bit back on track by the start of February - I’m hoping that spark of light will grow through the month!
As for some small good things for February?
ONE | Both of my boys have caught the “moving” bug (I remember those days well) and are changing their living arrangements. My job? Guarantor. I ensured that both of them secured homes they would be comfortable living in for the foreseeable future. Now to get them moved in and their rental places feeling like home!
TWO | Travel arrangements are underway - all the way through next January! I even have dog care arranged (a key component to any trip). A lot is going on from month to month, and I’m getting things arranged well in advance to avoid any surprises - and ensure I get an aisle seat!
THREE | To support my travel plans (through next January!), I needed to renew my passport as it expires in July. I drove to Kitchener and secured another 10-year passport. The great news is that I don’t have to drive back as the “next day” mail-out date is on the 22nd of the month, leaving plenty of time before I leave for Turks & Caicos (knock wood!).
This year I’m making bold choices and manifesting my best life.
