Regular walking.
It’s hard to do a thing when you’re in pain, knowing that the thing will create even more pain. I don’t know anyone who enjoys pain.
Instead, I focus on making other healthy choices: eating well, sleeping lots, taking my meds and supplements, drinking plenty of water - and stretching on my Pilates reformer and shaking on the new Pulsar2 machine. I also go to the chiropractor, acupuncturist, and RMT each week to release some of the pain.
I suppose I could simply grab a handful of Tylenol and go from there …
