WHAT IS THE LAST BIG THING YOU LIED ABOUT?
Wow. I don’t often lie. I’m not naturally wired that way and I’ve never had a good memory for it.
I suppose the most recent “big lie” is my novel-in-progress. Not a lick of it, except for the setting, is real. It’s all created in my head. Is that a lie?

I can only hope to be a fraction of the writer Mr. Gaiman is - that said, I’m happy to take his words as permission to lie with abandon in my work. It took a lot to get to this point, to absorb his words and do something about it. This process has been liberating and fun!
