I walk through life regularly inspired by everyone and everything around me, even the negative inspires me to be better, do better. Fortunately for me I am no longer in any victim, drama, negative cycle and no longer attract that into my life. It does make a difference and allows inspiration to be ever-present.
Lately I’ve been inspired by:
Waking up each morning. Bonus? To the sound of birds coming through my open window.
My children and their focused determination to accomplish their readings and write their essays.
My woo friends and the continuing connection and growth within my S8 Meditation group.
The warmer temperatures that have melted huge dumpings of snow.
To reveal 3-months worth of dog poop. Impressive. Grateful I have no sense of smell.
Fellow writers in my guided critique group as well as in my UofT Continuing Studies course.
Making travel plans to new places, beyond time to start checking off my long list.
Some numbers that are good: 110/68 blood pressure. Some numbers not so good: weight!
Discovering new-to-me teachers. I continue to stay open to learning new things.
How my 3x weekly workouts with Jackie make me feel. (Pain free and flexible.)
The monthly selfies taken and published by brave members of my V-Shred FB group. Wow.
Preparation deadlines upcoming to accommodate the range and wood floor installations.
Slow incremental improvement in Tucker’s ears and Finn’s paws.
The light that comes with longer days. I vote we keep daylight savings time all year long!
What about you? What inspires you? Leave in the comments!
