“Often wrong; never in doubt” is a phrase I heard often growing up. It was 100% accurate.
I have rarely doubted my ability to do anything. It’s not how I’m wired. I have had the occasional moment of panic when I realize perhaps the decision to pursue a particular path was ill conceived. What did I do then? I quickly course corrected and continued moving onward.
Isn’t that what life is about, constant adjustments while moving, hopefully, forward?
I spent the better part of 20-years with undiagnosed thyroid disease which muddied my thoughts for a long time. I continue to deal with the consequences of decisions made during that time. Ah, the clarity that came in the form of Synthroid!
I continue to be “never in doubt” but that is now coupled with better choices because I’ve surrounded myself with better options.
