ICEBREAKER: ARE YOU SUPERSTITIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING?
I don’t know that I’m superstitious but I do “knock wood” and throw salt over my shoulder. Every time I pass a group of crows, the rhyme goes through my head as I count them. When my palms itch I try to remember which means money coming in or money going out. Shoes are always on the floor and purses are always on a chair or table. I make sure all of my kids walk around a pole in the same way. I don’t worry about black cats or ladders.

I suppose I’m more of the mindset that “life is short” as there never seems to be enough time for me to explore all of the things that interest me.
