ICEBREAKER: IF YOU WERE ABLE TO LIVE TO THE AGE OF 90 AND RETAIN EITHER THE MIND OR BODY OF A 30-YEAR-OLD FOR THE LAST 60 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE, WHICH WOULD YOU WANT?
I suppose given my current age (55) and shape (round), I am far more accepting of my body being what it has become. I’d far rather retain the mind of a 30-year-old. Hell! I’d take the mind of a 40 year old!
GOING DEEPER: WHAT’S ONE THING YOU COULD DO TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF?
I don’t know that there is anything new that I would do to take care of myself. Of what I already do, I could do a few things better – and by that I mean: do with more consistency.

The new business has certainly put a crimp in my free time to pursue my self-care practices. The current self-imposed quarantine will give me a chance to figure out what I miss and those practices I am happy to let go.
