The nice thing about the pace of July is that it is quite hazy and lazy. Lots of reading and planning and daydreaming interrupted by a few social events.

I’ve never heard the “Great Wall” referred to as the “Great Staircase” but I suppose it’s more fitting. | “Kinky Boots” was one of the best stage shows I’ve seen – ever. | Montecito restaurant. Delicious! | Aboriginal Pavilion volunteer work at Fort York is proving a great opportunity for Cole. | BBQ Beef Ribs – a reminder that I do know how to cook. | Organizing Your Writing Life continues. | “Go Set a Watchman” was released and read. I still love Atticus though that may be an unpopular position. The book is both beautiful and current. | Cut and Colour. | Grocery Gateway is my new go-to solution to all of the heavy and bulky stuff. | Dr. Carolyn is so patient with me. Thank goodness! | Dentist visits used to terrify me, now, there a chance to laugh and catch up with friends. | PanAm athletes who are also friends of the kids really makes for fun watching! | Miramichi trip plans are firming up. I’m really looking forward to seeing my friends. It’s been far too long! | Wise Women Sharing Circle is exactly what I need right now. I feel accepted and respected.
