HELLO TIRE CHANGE | I can only hope that the drama that accompanied the change to snow tires is not what I have to expect when I change them back! Lexi is going to spend her whole day in the shop. New tires, wipers and oil change (and whatever else the service tech tells me she needs) followed with a full detail and wash. My goodness do I love the fresh and clean beginning of this week!
HELLO DISRUPTION | I forgot about the urethane. Ugh.
HELLO NEW MONTH | Looking ahead I have only one event away from home. I am truly making every effort to embrace my One Little Word: SLOW this year. This month all I want to do is hang out in my new fully finished back yard and watch the critters as well as my dogs who will want to torment them, listen to the birds and maybe have a few more visits from the local hawk and owl, and enjoy the fascinating activities I witness while living on the perimeter of an active cemetery.
HELLO CHICAGO | I’m looking forward to attending the Jean Haner Clear Heart Energy Clearing workshop – especially since one of my DreamQuest Mastermind group members is assisting the whole program! As much as I’m interested in what Jean has to say as it is completely outside of my knowledge base, I’m happier to support Nancy over the course of the workshop. Who knows, maybe I’ll learn a thing or ten?
HELLO DUST SETTLING | The process of preparing for the hardwood floor installation was an all-hands effort and I am immensely grateful that Claire and Caden had schedules that allowed them to come home at the last minute to help me finish up. Now the dust of packing up and installation has settled. I don’t know how quick I am going to be to re-fill those rooms. Certainly beds with freshly laundered linens, window coverings, rugs and lamps, but I think I might hold off and just finish each room right – once.
HELLO MONDAY | You are my favourite day of the week. I love that you provide me with 52 fresh starts every year.
