HELLO QUIET | I know that these days are a challenge for many people stressing over the self-isolation and effects of the Coronavirus and resulting Covid-19. Me? This is more like my normal. I’m looking forward to discovering what new life will come out of these difficult times. No deadline, simply open to all of it. I’m staying curious with no expectation.
HELLO HOME NOT HOME | For the first time in a long time, all four of my kids are going to be at home. But not. With all of the quarantine happening, we may all be in the GTA but not together. Time to set up weekly Zoom calls so we can stay connected in a safe and healthy way.
HELLO SPRING | Each time I walk out of the house, I’m surprised by the birds singing, buds on the trees and plants erupting from the earth. Spring came quickly for me this year and now all I want to do is be out of the house. Time to put the cushions out and play catch (or keep away) with the pups.
HELLO NEW MASTER CLASS | I’m excited about the new class CBR is offering – the email is supposed to come out on Thursday. All I know is that I’m signing up. Why? Everything she does is brilliant and I learn a ton. Not much better than that. So if you’re looking a little guidance for these strange times, check it out. And, if it’s too much for you, she offers a Facebook Live every weekday at 11:11AM.
HELLO PLAYLISTS | This free time has forced me to learn all things Spotify and how to make a playlist. I’ve only just figured out that I can have multiple lists. Very exciting stuff. Now to take the monster master list of 500+ songs and break it down a bit! It’s remarkable how my memories are tied to music.
HELLO MONDAY | You are my favourite: I love that you provide me with 52 fresh starts every year.
