HELLO PRIORITIES | I’ve spent some time over the last few weeks getting clear on my priorities going forward. Now that the kids are all back to their lives I’m going to take what I’ve learned and put together a plan. Time to implement some (big and small) upgrades around here!
HELLO MOTION MAP | For years I’ve been following Lissa Boles and finally booked a Soul Map session with her. I’m looking forward to hearing her insights for the year ahead.
HELLO MEAL PLANNING | I’ve gotten away from eating three well balanced meals every day with a couple of healthy daily snack options. Now to get my act together again and design a plan that does not eliminate any food group but does allow for smart consistent choices.
HELLO WRITING WORKSHOP | I’ll be spending a full day at a How to Build Your Story workshop with Brian Henry and Hannah Mary McKinnon. I think I have a handle on my story in progress, but reminders are always welcome.
HELLO MONDAY | You are my favourite day of the week. I love that you provide me with 52 fresh starts every year.
