To continue creating the life I desire, I am taking Danielle LaPorte’s weekly prompts and instead of writing them in a private journal, I will share them here. This year I fully embrace the idea that “there is no need to be perfect to inspire others; let others get inspiration by how you deal with your imperfections.” You will find plenty! Feel free to join me!
WEEK 41: Pick one of the goals/intentions you set at the beginning of the year and make a shortlist of all the habits you’re doing to reach it. What’s been working really well for you?
And… is there anything in that list that feels heavy or out of alignment now? Consider cutting it or changing it up.
You’re doing great. Steady on…
POSITIVE DECLARATION FOR THE WEEK: Nothing cures like devotion.
I have a long list of ambitious ideas.
I suppose the hardest thing on it is to complete the SFD of my novel-in-progress. I have not released it to the trash bin, indeed I have plans for a private writing retreat to focus on what has me stuck. I plan to fill up notebooks with alternate ideas. I’m in a really good head (and heart) space and think that’s what was needed. I had to adjust myself so that my heroine could be more invested. So, it’ll be me, mountains, trees and perhaps some snow, a laptop – a complete change of scenery, company and circumstance to shake me out of my comfort zone.
I am going to release my weight goals. No matter what I try nothing changes so instead of driving myself insane, I’m releasing it to the universe to handle. I completely understand that my weight doesn’t shift no matter how much I eat or move because it is armour. Once I feel safe and don’t need the armour, I expect the weight to know it’s time to go.
