WEEK 04: Have a look back at your NOT WORKING section in your planner from last week. How can you transform that information into what you do want to work in your week ahead? What small changes could make your life really easy?
I’m not eating right. My 3x week workouts with Jackie are early- to mid-afternoon and when I eat too close to when she arrives – within two hours – I feel nauseated during our session and don’t get as much out of it as we’d both like. Then I beat myself up. I need to put together a plan so that I eat the right nutrient-rich easily digestible foods before she arrives. Maybe a smoothie? Something that makes me feel strong rather than sick.
At the very least I have to do some research, make a plan and have the right foods in the house at the right time.
POSITIVE DECLARATION OF THE WEEK: I radiate light.
