WEEK 38: Is there a Core Desired Feeling that’s been arising more easily in your life at the moment? A feeling you can summon in a moment? Let’s keep it free-flowing.
When you write down WHAT YOU WILL DO TO FEEL THE WAY YOU WANT TO FEEL, write it with your breezy CDF in mind. Write down 3 or 4 to-dos, each building on the last—you’re creating a crescendo towards a big thing. Slow growth.

Re-read “Everything is Figureoutable” by Marie Forleo
Use a highlighter and pen to go back and make notes
Implement one exercise that scares me
Wander the aisles at the book store
Write stream of consciousness page(s) every morning
In those pages find a kernel of an idea and see where it goes
Call a girlfriend and make dinner plans someplace fancy
Get dressed up – no jeans or sneakers
Go out looking great and have a fun evening – with lots of wine and laughter
Take the dogs for a walk down by the lake
Sit on the bench and meditate on the sounds of the waves for a while
Enjoy the walk home after being filled by nature
Fill in all of the medical forms
Pull an oracle card and journal on how spirit has shown up for me
Be confident that the surgeon knows what to do and recovery will be swift and painless
