LIST 49 | List the physical activities you actually enjoy doing.
Below lists some of the activities I enjoy, though sometimes my body doesn’t so much:
Walking the dogs
Walking/Hiking without the dogs
Skipping rope on my mini trampoline
Rowing on the machine
This winter I hope to add snowshoeing and cross country skiing, and this coming summer I hope to take golf lessons and learn to kayak. I never got over to the Oakville Club to play Pickleball, but it’s perpetually on my “must learn” list.
