Honestly? A list.
That is the one thing that brings me the greatest ease. Add to it a corresponding calendar? Peace, ease and the opportunity to exhale knowing all will go smoothly.
My iPhone is filled with reminders: wake up; take meds; feed, walk and care for dogs; change the furnace filter; pick up the dog poop for the lawn guy; meditate; start preparing dinner; and, make Zoom calls with our kids.
Regular habits bring my life ease and flow.
