As much as I like to think I’ve released myself from the burden of worry and anxiety and adjusted my relationship with fear, it all remains a part of me.
I would like to walk into a crowded room and feel like I belong.
I would like to ignore the negative self-talk that stops me from simply writing my novel. (I put it down in October.)
I would like to get to the bottom of my medical issues and go through a day without pain or mess.
I would like to know (to my bones) that the love I give without condition is reciprocated.
I would like to remove all of the anxiety that comes with the disorder found in my home. (Just do it!)
Great strides have been made, but these old and new issues remain.
