LIST 03 | List the ways you tend to feel stress in your body.
I have done much in my life to mitigate all forms of stress by learning and integrating coping tools when it (inevitably) shows up. When meditation, long hot showers, and/or singing at the top of my lungs while dancing in the kitchen doesn’t work, I feel stress in the exact place it has always show up: my shoulders.
I’ve battled frozen shoulder off-and-on for over 20 years and do my best to keep it at bay. Once it settles in it’s hard to get rid of it.
On the whole, I prefer my form of dealing with stress as I hear from girlfriends about migraines, back pain, and so many other difficulties that all stems from stress.
