Inspired by the viral post of last week, I decided to make my own “mind map” of what’s going on in my noggin’. A visual glimpse into what is real right now. Just as I sat down to write it all out, I ran across this article about how Marie Kondo declutters her brain. I then stumbled across other versions of the same thing in some unrelated sites and conversations – it was clear to me that I had to make one for myself. I found a “mind map” template and got to work!
The beauty of this process is that the information that has been crowding my thoughts is now downloaded onto a tangible format making room for more! I don’t know that it’s a good or bad thing, but I do appreciate getting rid of things like those in the orange bubbles to make room for those in the green.
